"Professional enough, just a bit distant"
The therapist was fine and seemed professional enough, but it felt a little distant.. like they were listening, just not really connecting much

"Felt like just another number"
The whole visit had really cold, assembly-line vibes. I felt rushed, like they were just trying to get me in and out, and no one really listened to what I was saying. It came off like I was dealing with a bunch of clock-watchers instead of people who actually cared. I wouldn’t go back.

"Helpful for editing, but the instructions could be clearer"
It’s useful if you already have a real insurance issue and just need help making it sound more natural or organized. But the communication around what it can and can’t do is a bit unclear, which was annoying. It’s not going to invent the whole situation for you, but it can definitely polish what you give it.

"Slow replies drained my patience"
It took quite a while to hear back, the slow replies felt like such a waste of energy. I kept checking for updates and waiting around, which got frustrating.

The video visit itself worked well and I didn’t have any major tech issues, but getting it scheduled was more of a hassle than I expected. Maybe I just had a weird experience, but I’m curious if other people found the scheduling process a bit frustrating too.

"Getting an appointment was simple overall..."
Getting an appointment was simple overall. Nice. There were a few times available, so I was able to find something that worked for me. The only downside was that evening slots were a bit limited. Bummer. Still, it was a good experience, so I’d give it 4 stars.

My first impression wasn’t great. When I reached out for help, they came across cold, and it felt like they weren’t really listening to what I was saying. I expected to feel supported, but instead I just felt brushed off.

"Decent, but didn’t really live up to what was promised"
It’s okay for what you get, but I expected more based on what they promised. Some parts were useful, but a lot of it felt basic, like stuff I could’ve figured out on my own. I wouldn’t say it’s a total waste, but for the price, it didn’t really feel like the value matched the hype. Fine if you really need it, but I wouldn’t call it a great deal.
